Sea-Dar’s President and Founder, Jean Abouhamad, is a structural engineer and real estate developer who founded the company in 1991 after leaving a successful career with one of Boston’s most respected structural engineering firms.

He brings enormous insight to owners and architects as they wrestle with the many options and considerations that arise throughout a project’s permitting, design, budgeting, and construction.

As President, Jean ensures the project team has all the corporate resources necessary to exceed client expectations throughout all phases of planning and construction.

Tony’s vast experience with technically complex projects is invaluable in his management of Sea-Dar’s urban residential construction business.

He ensures that project costs and schedules are maintained, and his knowledge of building in tight settings and occupied environments is applied to every project. With 20 plus years of experience, Tony also leads the development of Sea-Dar’s operational business practices.

Vice President/Principal

John oversees the construction of coastal and suburban homes. He brings over 30 years of extensive operations and project execution experience to Sea-Dar.

While ensuring project cost and schedule are kept on target, John manages each project team providing the resources needed to maintain schedule and quality.

Brian has a broad range of operational and project execution experience. Working on all aspects of client development, preconstruction and construction management for Commercial, Institutional, and Higher-Education clients, Brian is accountable for planning and execution strategies for more complex projects.
With over 20 years of experience, Brian spearheads commercial projects for Sea-Dar.

Chief Financial Officer

Joe is a key member of the Executive Team who assists in the development, management, and growth of the core business functions. He is responsible for all accounting functions related to the construction of multiple projects and property sales.

He manages an experienced team of accounting managers, property accountants, and accounts payable and receivable personnel. Joe is also in charge of the company’s HR, Payroll, and IT functions.
