Back Bay Triplex
Sea-Dar built this triplex penthouse in the top 3 floors of a fully gutted Art-Deco building. Working hand-in-hand with the owner’s architect we executed complex detail work to provide a sleek, contemporary residence that was carefully arranged around building infrastructure to create an expansive sense of space with both horizontal and vertical connections.
