Cambridge Contemporary

Sea-Dar built this new single-family home, designed to be efficient in terms of size and environmental impact, in a tight, residential setting.

The exterior siding is composed of zinc panels and a dense hardwood rainscreen, both of which are durable and low maintenance, were assembled with a high level of refined precision. High efficiency mechanical systems and solar PV panels were also installed.
