This old house was waiting for a makeover when the owner’s hired Sea-Dar. The classic home was completely gutted and remodeled with modern features and systems, and an addition to the back of the home allowed for a much-needed kitchen expansion.
The neglected carriage house in the rear of the property was lifted, a new foundation was installed, and finished to contain a fitness room and a sunlight basketball court/playroom.
