This renovation required the removal of the powder room in order to expand and enlarge the kitchen to optimize the beautiful Hudson River views. We installed new cabinets, stone countertops, plumbing, lighting and appliances, and replaced the island and its stone countertop. Additionally, we enlarged the washer & dryer closet, replaced the appliances and added a steel pan and auto shut-off valves. New wall sconces and wood doors were added, the wood floors were refinished, walls and ceilings were painted, and we replaced all thermostats with Nest thermostats
