Sea-Dar completed the selective gut and renovation of this classic, 10,000 sf suburban mansion in 13 months. Central to the home’s redesign is an amazing curved staircase that goes from the basement to the second floor. Other aspects of this project include the restoration of all the windows and the installation of all new hardware, doors, and MEP’s.
