He brings enormous insight to owners and architects as they wrestle with the many options and considerations that arise throughout a project’s permitting, design, budgeting, and construction.
As President, Jean ensures the project team has all the corporate resources necessary to exceed client expectations throughout all phases of planning and construction.

Joe is a key member of the Executive Team who assists in the development, management, and growth of the core business functions. He is responsible for all accounting functions related to the construction of multiple projects and property sales.
He manages an experienced team of accounting managers, property accountants, and accounts payable and receivable personnel. Joe is also in charge of the company’s HR, Payroll, and IT functions.

Ryan leads Sea-Dar Construction’s Property Services Division across Greater Boston, Rhode Island, Cape Cod, and the Islands. With more than 15 years of experience in the high-end residential market, he brings a comprehensive understanding of the full home lifecycle from pre-construction planning and complex renovation through long-term maintenance and stewardship.
Drawing on his background in luxury residential construction and client advisory services, Ryan oversees both the property and project management teams while driving operational strategy and service innovation.
