This building consists of 8 high-end units, approximately 2,100 sf each, with a shared roof deck, and one 4,300 sf penthouse unit with a private roof deck. The first floor is a dedicated retail space and a car stacker parking garage. The structure is build on a deep pile foundation, a cast-in-place concrete superstructure, and a curtain-wall facade.
