Sea-Dar renovated 155 units for this apartment-to-condo conversion. Each unit renovation consisted of flooring, finish carpentry, bath and kitchen upgrades.
The exterior received new lighting, finishes and signage. A new gym was installed, and the roof deck/pool and community room was updated with new finishes, furniture and flooring.
