Sea-Dar built this new 17,000 sf 3-story laboratory building at an open lot in West Cambridge. The building houses labs and office spaces on the 2nd and 3rd floors, with parking/mechanical spaces assigned to the 1st floor. The project required new utility work, a DIP Pile/Concrete foundation, a steel superstructure with concrete slab-on-deck, aluminum panel facades, TPO roofing, and robust MEP systems.
