Sea-Dar recently began construction of a new 17,000 sf 3-story laboratory building at an open lot in West Cambridge. The building will house labs and office spaces on the 2^nd and 3^rd floors, with parking/mechanical spaces assigned to the 1^st floor. The project will require new utility work, a DIP Pile/Concrete foundation, a steel superstructure with concrete slab-on-deck, aluminum panel facades, TPO roofing, and robust MEP systems. The project mobilized in May 2022 and is projected to be completed by September 2023.
