Sea-Dar completed the renovation of this classically designed Beacon Hill brownstone, meeting the aggressive 8 month schedule promised to the client. The project involved a lot of modernization while maintaining the charming historical qualities of the home.
In addition to replacing the elevator, and electrical and mechanical systems, about 70% of the residence was gutted and rebuilt to include a new kitchen and baths. Of the many enhancements, the kitchen roof deck is notable for its products and materials, its functionality, and the spectacular views of the Charles River.
