Sea-Dar converted an old school building into 36 condominiums, and constructed an additional floor on top of the existing building. The brick façade was restored and all new MEP systems were installed.
The wood floors were reinforced and the high ceilings allowed for the construction of partial mezzanines between floors to create 2nd story lofts in the units.
