Brownstone Penthouse
Sea-Dar rebuilt the top two floors of this building after it was struck by lightning, and the upper floors were completely destroyed. Sea-Dar worked closely with the architect and client to return the fire-ravaged space into an open, modern home. A custom stair leads to a roof deck with sweeping views of the Charles River and the city.
