City Chic
Starting with a blank canvas, Sea-Dar transformed the empty 6,000 sf floor through space in this newly constructed building into a high-style apartment. The modern design required keen attention to detail and includes floor-to-ceiling bump out windows and hidden automated shades. Materials and finishes had to be flawless to achieve the project’s vision.
