The previous home that was on this site was torn down to make room for this new, ground-up home. The estate features a large main house, a separate guest wing, and a detached garage with an additional guest suite on the second fl oor. The property includes a 65’ in-ground pool and a separate spa, each with its own heater. The main house boasts a range of amenities that include a gym, a recreation room, a golf simulator, a rooftop putting green, and a widow’s walk with commanding views of the harbor and country club.
