The Residences at the Harvard Club
The building at 380 Commonwealth Ave was gutted and a new 5th floor was added to create 5 luxury residential condominiums. The units range in size from 2,400 sf to 4,000 sf with a mix of single floor and duplex configurations.
Only one of the 5 condos was built to architectural specifications, the others all customized to meet the buyer’s unique requirements and preferences. The project carefully retains the historic presence of the property.
