This amazing waterfront project involves the construction of 3 separate buildings surrounded by beautifully landscaped grounds.  Notable among the project’s many features are the main house elevator, a 2nd floor mezzanine with custom bronze metalwork, the exposed beams in Great Room, and the bunkroom’s all-wood walls and ceilings.    A curved bridge connects the main house to the garage.  The property has a 210’ long boardwalk and 3 outdoor showers that allow for quick and easy clean-up after a day at the beach.
