25 Beacon
Constructed in 1925, this six-story building at 25 Beacon Street was gutted and converted into six luxurious condominiums. The units are all single floor configuration and are all approximately 3,800 sf. A new 14-car parking garage, a fully appointed fitness room, and a tasting room with secure wine storage and humidors was built for the exclusive use by the residents of The Beacon. The property is located atop Beacon Hill and next to the State House, and provides spectacular views of the Boston Common.
