Sea-Dar built this 6-story mixed use luxury condominium building in Boston’s South End. The project required restoring and retaining the historical façade of the original edifice while building an entirely new building behind it. When completed, the building contained 12 condominiums, a retail space on the ground floor, and an interior garage.
The Savoy is no longer a dream but a wonderful building that you and your staff should be very proud of.
