In just 5 short months, this 5,200 sf building was completely gutted and renovated into a new shared lab/office facility. The project required 100% fit-out of the existing space, from new concrete slab on grade to all new finishes and MEP systems. The project also included the installation of new exterior sheathing that was a combination of metal panels & EIFS.
