This project involved the renovation of an existing 14,250 sf manufacturing facility into a new Laboratory Building with lab rooms and a front office/reception area. The project required a 100% fit-out of existing space, with all new finishes, new structural steel roof dunnage, replacement of existing roofing, new rooftop equipment, and more.
