This 1890’s townhouse was completely gutted and rebuilt. The existing fireplace mantels were restored with new gas fireplaces installed in all locations. The master suite contains custom tile throughout, with a heated stone floor custom cut to design and sourced from Italy. A custom stained library contains a disguised cabinet door that hides a lit bar shelf behind. Custom stone sinks, antiqued glass, and ornamental metal are throughout. The top floor bar area uses patina’ d brass for countertops, walls, fixtures, cabinet reveals and pulls, as well as a custom-made keg tap.
