This selective renovation started with new HVAC units and grew to include complete kitchen, wine room, and master bath renovations as well as updates to the living room, the creation of 2 home-offices, and the conversion of a bathroom into a laundry room. New millwork, Reglet baseboards, and caseless easy jamb doors created an updated, clean and modern space. Jet Mist polished granite slabs were used for the kitchen counters and backsplash, Bardiglio honed finish marble created the fireplace surround, and Spa White Velvet Quartzite covers the walls and floor of the Master Bath.
