Originally built in 1930, this 12,950 square-foot, single-family home was partially gutted and updated with new electrical and heating systems. Two major masonry openings were made on the 1st floor for a window and patio doors. When completed, the project delivered a new living room, kitchen, and music room, a new new dining room chandelier and medallion, a built-in bar, a guest suite with a kitchenette in the attic, and updated baths throughout the house.
